Both of our 4th Classes were very lucky to be invited along to visit Lullymore Discovery and Heritage Park this week. We learned a lot about the importance and origins of our peatlands and bogs, their vital role in biodiversity and that bogs act as an extremely effective Carbon Sink which is hugely important to the world we live in today.
