At this time of year the children are eagerly anticipating their summer holidays from school but for one group of students it is always a particularly special and memorable time. This year’s cohort of 6th Class graduates are made up of (in part) our original senior infants class from our opening day in September, 2008 meaning only that day’s junior infant class remain to leave us next year. Speaking to some parents at last night’s wonderful graduation ceremony, I heard several people comment how our school has been such a positive part of their childrens’ lives and their community over the years. We wish for this to continue into the years to come and that our school remains a place for our graduate students to return and visit. We wish this year’s Sixth Class the best of luck in their secondary and future education.
