Return to School Update.

Dear Parents,
I’m pleased to be able to share with you this evening the latest news from the Department of Education & Skills that the Department of Health and the HSE have reaffirmed that the gradual phased reopening of schools can proceed as planned. The next phase of return is on Monday March 15th for all primary school children in 3rd to 6th class. We look forward to welcoming back the remaining classes who have been working from home – Lynda’s & Alicia’s 3rd classes, Rachel’s & Sophie’s 4th classes, Anna’s & Pádraig’s 5th classes and Sinéad’s & James’s 6th classes. It’s time to reclaim your kitchen tables for their intended purpose and for learning to return to school. I’ll be in touch with you again in the coming days with a few important reminders and a link to the ‘Return to School Form’ which will need to be completed before children in 3rd to 6th come back to school next Monday. Renewed thanks to all the parents and children for your patience and hard work – we’ll get through this together.
