Parents are invited to register their interest in attending some online Internet Safety talks provided by the Professional Development Service for Teachers (PDST) and webwise.ie The online parent presentations will take place on:
- Friday 7th Feb (Primary school parents – includes guidance around Apple parental controls) and
- Tuesday 21st Feb (Parents of Teens – includes a guide to safety features on TikTok)

There is no restriction as to who can register and by all means, parents can attend both or either of the talks with any child age in mind.
If you have any concerns or are aware of any issues relating to your child’s online presence or activities, please do consult with the webwise website (which is a very current and worthwhile resource for parents) and please also consider if your child’s teacher should be aware of such concerns.
