Congratulations to our boys’ and girls’ soccer teams who braved the wind and the rain to finish 3rd in the Louth 9 a side soccer competition in Oriel Park today. Both teams were unfortunate to lose their semi finals by penalty shootout but picked themselves back up to win their 3rd place play offs. The boys won their game 2-1 with goals from Luke Farrell and Dan Duku, while the girls won 4-0 with goals from Emma Mulligan, Penny Harmon Meek and Guste Virvilaite.
All the boys and girls played excellent football and did their school proud today. Well done everyone!
