We celebrated St. Patrick’s Day in style and slightly early yesterday with two assemblies for Lá Glas. We had certificates a plenty once more for children who made great efforts to speak Irish during Seachtain Na Gaeilge! Rinne siad sár-iarracht an Gaeilge a labhairt! We had dances, music and songs and we even had the “cup song” from sixth class. We had an Irish quiz or tráth na gceist and an Irish themed trail or treasure hunt.
