The Computing Departments at Dundalk IT, supported by the ACM Student Chapter will once again host, on Saturday 8th December from 10:30-11:59 in PJ Carrolls, this year’s Hour of Code. (see https://hourofcode.com/ie) this event coincides with, Computer Education week (https://csedweek.org). The event is aimed at 6 to 12 year old students and this year the DkIT ACM are hosting coding sessions in Basic, Intermediate and advanced Scratch as well as Website design using HTML.
Bring your son, daughter, little brother, sister, niece, nephew, or your grand children, show your neighbour what we are doing, or – if you feel up to it – bring yourself for an hour of tutorials and practical (coding) exercises.
Have been here already last year? They have classes for all grades!
