A huge thank you to everyone who contributed to our bake sale on Friday and to many teams of expert hat builders in every household who helped make this year’s Hat Parade the best ever! The standard of hats (some even had costumes!) on display was amazing. We certainly helped to raise the awareness of the issue of marine litter and plastics pollution. We also managed to raise €425 for the causes championed by Brian Barnes: The RNLI and the summit for lifesavers efforts that Brian has championed.
