On Friday the 15th April we held an Easter Hat parade! In an effort to raise awareness of the importance of recycling, the children, parents and teachers were all tasked with creating hats from 100% recycled household rubbish. As John commented on some teacher entries: “That’s a load of rubbish!” On the day and in the days leading up to the parade, we were all hugely impressed by the creativity and variety of designs not to mention the obviously massive effort put in by te children and families in making the hats. This is surely an Aston Village ET tradition that will carry on in years to come. Well done everyone, enjoy the Easter break, stay safe and we’ll see you all on the 3rd of May for term three.
