FORÓIGE / DOGS TRUST FUNDRAISER – FRI 15th JUNE
Dear parents and guardians,
Foróige are a leading youth organisation who have a Drogheda group that is held in our school PE Hall on Friday evenings. Many of our senior pupils and past pupils have been actively involved and benefited greatly from this organisation over the years.
As part of their Youth Leadership programme Foróige are holding a bake sale fundraiser in the PE Hall tomorrow, Friday 15th June at 9am. In addition to inviting all parents and children to attend, you are asked to donate any of the following items which will be presented to the Dogs Trust foundation. If you cannot attend tomorrow, you can send either some money or one of the items listed below to school with your child and they will be able to exchange it for a cake or a bun. Dogs Trust is Ireland’s largest dog welfare charity whose mission is to bring an end to the destruction of stray and abandoned dogs in Ireland.
As this is quite short notice, we will accept donations at the school office up until Friday 22nd June and look forward to seeing some of you tomorrow morning.
