We had a wonderful day in school on Thursday sharing our knowledge of countries from all over the world. We had food treats of all varieties thanks to the generosity and effort of parents and staff members alike. Pat and Helena joined us from LMFM Radio to record interviews with some students and teachers and amidst it all we had the launch of our school cookbook! Sales have been great throughout the day and we are down to our last box so if you want one and couldn’t make it along today, please be sure to send in or bring the €10 in tomorrow to avoid disappointment.
