Teacher Orla kindly has shared the below practices which some of you might find very helpful at this time. Orla incorporates some aspects of mindfulness, a breath technique, gentle physical warm-ups/yogic practices from Yin/Kundalini Yoga and a short body relaxation. After watching Orla’s video below, the second embedded song called “Nature” by Ram Dass and East Forest (from youtube) could be used for relaxation.
