Junior and Senior infants had a recent visitor Garda Kathleen. We have been learning about the work of the Garda as part of our Aistear theme ‘People who help us’. The children really enjoyed listening to the work of the Garda in the local community and looking at the Garda uniform and the equipment used. The children also got to take a seat in the Garda car and to try on the Garda uniform. We had a great day learning all about the work of the Garda.
