Well done to the Yellow team on their success in this year’s AVETNS Sports Day held today in the Newtown Blues grounds. A big thanks to the Blues for the use of their facilities again and a great big “thank you” to all the parents for coming along, the children for all their efforts, the ice-cream man, the children from elsewhere who helped out and the weather for being so kind to us! A great donation will be made to Down’s Syndrome Ireland resulting from the money collected today and this week. Should you wish to donate and haven’t done so, please let Elaine know.
