Our former principal John was in touch with us recently and we organised for our 6th classes to meet via Zoom with some students from John’s current school in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. John and his wife, Denise are currently teaching in the Ethiopian capital at the Cambridge Academy International School (https://cambridgeacademyethiopia.org/). We did experience some technical issues during the call as the school generators were relied upon for power at Cambridge Academy. We did get around the problem and communicated questions and answers to each other, fining out and sharing information about our respective cutures, education and interests. We hope to do this again very soon.
