Claire’s fifth class worked on the subject of keeping the internet safe for themselves and others today to mark Safer Internet Day. Check out their selfie attempts! They each made promises to themselves and friends that their internet will remain positive and a great invention that will continue to be of value to them in the future. Brian’s 4th Class were preparing a debate on the suitability of the internet as a place for children. Should Children be be allowed on the internet at all? And Maria’s Third Class were very clued-in as to the uses of the internet as well as the dangers that there are if you are not careful. There is much discussion at the moment in school as to how we can remain safe online and we encourage this discussion to take place at home too during Safer Internet Week 2015.
Lisa’s Class were also busy making their own sets of rules for Internet Safety. Some of us could possibly take some advice from them!
